I called to have flowers delivered to someone in the hospital. They asked what city I'd like the flowers delivered to. Not having ever using a national florist service before,I was curious where they were located and asked. They assumed a not too pleasant attitude and rudely asked again where I wanted them to go. I gave them them the address but added that I was only curious where I had called them. The man to whom I was speaking said. "Humph" and then hung up on me. Wow, what a way to do business in this economy. Guess they had more business then they knew what to do with and didn't need my order.

THIS IS NOT A REAL FLORIST IT IS A CALL CENTER IN GOD KNOWS WHERE. THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY ARE LOCATED IN INDEPENDENCE, VA AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR YOU ORDER BUT TRUST ME YOU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY WITH WHAT YOU GET!!! THE ORDER WILL GET TO A REAL FLORIST IN INDEPENDENCE, VA BUT THAT FLORIST WILL GET LESS THAN HALF OF THE MONEY YOU WERE CHARGED SO YOU WILL PAY $75 FOR A NICE ARRANGEMENT WITH THIS SITE BUT THE PERSON GETTING THE FLOWERS WILL ONLY GET ABOUT A $30 ARRANGEMENT IF THAT MUCH OF ONE. WARRING DO NOT USE !!!!
